Dave is a life-long inventor specializing in wireless communications and over the top media technology. He is founder of NewAer, a communication engine for software P2P. Built for Android, iPhone, OS-X, Windows and even Raspberry Pi, the platform works inside of any application to make them aware of other devices nearby and communicate without the need for any Wi-Fi or cellular network to be present. Developed as a software iBeacon, this enhanced technology also works to fingerprint Wi-Fi, Bluetooth + Low Energy, cellular and NFC.
Jeff Russell
Operations
Jeff is a retired Army officer and he serves in multiple roles within the NGT operation. Jeff has extensive experience in developing high performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. He has years of experience in technological fields including simulations and software development. He has an MBA in Accounting and Information Technology, an MS focused on quantitative analysis, a BA in political science and history and he was an Army War College fellow at the Institute for Advanced Technology at the University of Texas. Jeff lives in Austin Texas.
